The 20th Annual Chefs for UNICEF dinner brings together a collection of tastes and experiences from destinations around the world. Local Chefs join forces to create a dining experience that will encompass foods from countries such as Vietnam, Spain, Iran, India, Italy, Jamaica and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Guests are encouraged to visit the various food stations and vote for the winner of the Chefs Challenge Award, presented at the end of the evening. This evening will also include some very special entertainment.
Proceeds from Chefs for UNICEF in Halifax have supported a variety of UNICEF Canada funded projects. In 2012, the proceeds from the event will support clean, safe water for the world’s children.
