Your gift will be MATCHED to help children in Sudan
Nearly a year and a half of conflict in Sudan have put millions of children and their families at risk. Sudan now has the biggest child displacement crisis in the world.
Displacement, disease outbreaks and hunger have created the perfect storm for conflict-induced famine with the famine threshold already passed in Zamzam camp in the North Darfur region.
An estimated 13 million children are now grappling with acute food insecurity, with 730,000 children projected to suffer from severe acute malnutrition this year.
The conflict has also led to civilian infrastructure being decimated, leaving children and communities without essential services like safe water and basic health care.
UNICEF is advocating for a ceasefire to ensure that humanitarian workers can safely reach children and families with urgent health, nutrition, protection and education services.
Your donation today will be MATCHED by an anonymous donor to help us provide urgent humanitarian support to children in Sudan. UNICEF and partners are on the ground and continue to deliver life-saving aid.
