Help UNICEF deliver urgent humanitarian aid to children in Gaza.
The scale of humanitarian need in Gaza remains enormous. More than two years of conflict have left up to 1.9 million people displaced, and more than 56,000 children have lost one or both parents. Widespread destruction, malnutrition and trauma continue to shape every aspect of childhood.
As of January 2026, daily life in Gaza remains extremely challenging:
- 96% of families have been living in tents, collective centres and damaged houses and buildings
- 50% of families have been unable to reach health services when needed
- 71% of families have been relying on emergency water trucking
- Around two-thirds of children have had less than three months of learning since October 2023
The rights of every single child, no matter who or where they are, must be protected. Since the ceasefire, UNICEF has been accelerating its response to provide lifesaving essentials—including vaccines, safe water, hygiene kits and nutrition supplies—to children and families who need them most. Safe and unimpeded access for humanitarian workers must be guaranteed so aid can reach children across Gaza.
We can’t do this alone. With your support, we can continue scaling up our response in Gaza. Will you help us?
