Freezing temperatures threaten children’s lives

Children around the world are bracing for another harsh and dangerous winter. In places like Gaza, Syria, Afghanistan and Ukraine, children and families already facing conflicts and climate disasters will have to contend with freezing temperatures, severe weather conditions and heavy rains. They need warmth now.

Along with delivering critical, life-saving supplies like food, water and medicine to children in crisis, UNICEF is providing winter essentials including warm clothes, shelter and blankets to help them stay warm during the colder months. But we need your support to help us reach more children.
