The learning crisis is denying children access to quality education. Nearly two-thirds of 10-year-olds in low- and middle-income countries cannot read and understand a simple story. Over 600 million children don’t have adequate math and literacy skills – even though 2/3 of them are in school. Urgent support is needed now.
